people that inovate and move things foward get rated higher...redefining their music genres are a plus...players are rated on more than ability to wail a guitar.....rock has not made many strides in quite some time......i don't see keef being that high,nor page for that matter......

on another note music is a mood altering source and polls are influenced by musical tastes and there are so many different preferences that any poll would only show a small slice of the percentages...so any poll would be infactual....polls do not compute....
